Job function:

We are looking for a strategic and organized Senior B2B Marketing Project Manager to join our consulting agency. You will lead digital marketing campaigns and projects for B2B clients, working closely with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client goals. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the B2B digital marketing landscape, including paid media, SEO, and HubSpot, and knows how to manage people and projects around these disciplines without necessarily executing every tactic hands-on.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience managing digital marketing projects in a B2B environment, preferably at an agency.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot as a marketing and CRM tool, with enough hands-on experience to oversee its use across campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of paid media and SEO, with the ability to guide specialists, interpret results, and make informed decisions.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B digital marketing mix, including PPC, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and web analytics.
  • Proven client-facing and account management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and keeping projects on track.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Marketing Director to develop strategic marketing plans and map out the tasks needed to bring them to life.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and satisfied throughout each campaign.
  • Oversee paid media and organic performance (SEO) campaigns, coordinating with specialists to ensure execution aligns with strategy and client objectives.
  • Use HubSpot to manage campaign workflows, track performance, and maintain visibility across the marketing funnel.
  • Collaborate with writers and designers to develop advertising and content assets.
  • Build and manage a content calendar, assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Define campaign budgets and hold the team accountable to them.
  • Manage projects from kickoff to completion, keeping all stakeholders aligned.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and freelancers.
